For 2012 the rented property market is predicted to remain strong.  To help your landlords capitalise on the demand we’ve updated our Buy to Let range and changes include:

• New 80% LTV 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rates
• 3 year fixed reduced by up to 1.20%
• 2 year discount reduced by up to 0.60%
• New Fee-free remortgage 3 year fixed rate
• Reversion rates reduced by 0.50%
• Maximum portfolio size increased to 5 properties and £2m

Ringing the changes for Residential

Make no mistake, it’s going to be a tough year in the housing market, but Aldermore remains committed to helping your clients with lower rates on selected products including:

• 3 year fixed reduced by up to 0.50%
• 1 year discount reduced by up to 0.40%.
