Our name may be new, but you’ve probably heard of the mortgage experts behind Aldermore. Our mortgage team has years of experience gained with a number of leading UK lenders. Most of the team also have specialist knowledge of the intermediary sector.

Richard Spinks - Commercial & Operations Director, Residential Mortgages.

Richard is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our mortgage lending operations.

Richard has been working in the intermediary mortgage market for more years than he cares to remember! He has worked with a number of organisations, including Wave, Mortgages plc, Verso, Platform and Britannia Building Society.

Mark Elden -  Head of Commercial & Product Development, Residential Mortgages

Mark is another man whose life’s work has been immersed in the intermediary mortgage market, with organisations including Wave, Freedom Lending, Verso and Britannia Building Society.

Mark is our chief engineer as far as product development is concerned.

Robert Barnard - Business Development Manager

Rob is responsible for managing our relationships with distribution partners.

He will be a familiar face to many in the intermediary mortgage market, having been responsible for sales on behalf of Wave, Verso and Cheshire Building Society.
